this is my first time typing an e-blog, do not know what exactly that i wana say but i will just crap all the way i guess (so that yueh would not complaint that we are not putting in effort here, hehe, jk). so for those who are not free or do not have time to read crappy blog, please do not proceed to read this,okie..
well, first of all, i would like to say hi to everyone, especially those whom i have not been in contact with for almost a year. i am fine here..
my convo is supposed to be held on the 26th of June but due to the strike that the lecturers are having now (due to pay disputes or sumtin like that, do not actually know much about it), my convo might be postponed, and this is definitely a disaster for all of us (malaysian students). keeping my fingers crossed and i seriously hope that everything will be solved as soon as possible and please DO NOT affect international students!! heard that the final year engineering students have their convo postponed to November!!and this is so scary as my student visa is expiring in october.
anyway, this is not sumtin that i can control, no point complaining here. lets talk about sumtin else...
been watching a lot of series recently and i have some series to recommend here, to those who has nothing better to do, just like me now *wink* there is this korean show, My Name is Kim Sam Soon which the story is about this 30 year-old woman, desperately looking for her mr. right. i think this show is very realistic and in a way it reflects that timing is always an important factor in a relationship (watch it, then u would know what i mean). another japanese show, one litre of tears, which is based on a true story, is like a life depressant (antonym of antidepressant), you might even need to prepare a bucket as it would literally cause u 'one litre of tears'. however, it is very meaningful, especially for yueh i guess as a future doctor. i would recommend this show to u (9 episodes in total), as it involves an incurable disease that even the best doctor could not be able to help, people just have to accept it and to see the patient slowly loosing their ability to lead a normal life and progressively dying away. this is incredibly sad and the fact that it is based on a real story makes it even more depressing.however, it is a very good exposure for future health professionals as it reflects the cruelty of life, just have to 'get use to it', it sounds so miserable right?
Lastly, i would like to inform u guys (for those who don't know yet)that i will be goin back on 10th of july if there is no delay to my convo (fingers crossed). i really miss mamak alot and i m lookin forward to see u all....miss steamboat and satay as well...if it is possible, would like to have a gathering with you all wen i get back, alright?cheers~
